We have a 4 step process and believe in Platinum level of service for every customer. Our competitors might have more steps, but we don't count the steps to the door.
1. Carpet Vacuuming: We will vacuum your carpets with an approved HEPA vacuum cleaner, to be sure you not only get the best possible
cleaning but your indoor air quality will be healthy as well.
2. Identify and Treat Stains with an All Natural Cleaner: This service is usually an extra with our competitors, but we include it in our price (not all spots can be removed, but we'll try our best).
3. Pre-spray all areas and rake/agitate: We then let the all natural cleaner pre-spray dwell while we agitate with a rake. This usually does the trick and it's safe for all carpet types and fabrics.
4. Complete the Cleaning with Rinse and Extraction: We use the Hydramaster DriMaster with only fresh water softened by our on-the-truck water softner as a rinse that is then steam heated to 200+ degrees for most carpet types. The effective temperatures for killing dust mites is 145 degrees, fleas at about 150 degrees, and many bacteria (such as e-coli) at 185 degrees.
We Recommend Teflon® Advanced carpet Protector: Teflon® Advanced uses DuPont technology to provide more repellency than any other carpet protector. It repels most liquids, allowing spills to be removed before staining and wicking can occur. Dirt and stains cling to untreated carpet and quickly beome embedded in the fibres. Teflon® Advanced keeps dirt from sticking to the fibres, making carpets easier to care for. It is applied by spray application, dries quickly, and leaves no odor. It is non-toxic and safe to use around family and pets; it's CFC and solvent free. We recommend this after every cleaning.
Here we are referring to a looped carpet with rows. This type of carpet is often needed of repair due to a snag or a pull in a Berber carpet. A pull in the carpet happens when one or more threads get caught, either in a vacuum or some other way.
Often times it’s the family pet or a child that pulls Berber carpet and creates the snag or run. If there is just one Berber carpet row that has been pulled, it can be re-burled (glued back into place). If the Berber carpet run is more serious, say for example a dog was trapped in a room and tried to dig her way out, then a patch is in order. If your Berber carpet is loose then it will need to be stretched
If you have a permanent carpet stain that you can’t get out, damaged carpet due to a carpet burn, or even pets that claw or chew at the fibers, then a carpet patch may be the only solution.
We use technologies that match any carpet to an existing carpet for the repair. If you have left over carpet from your last installation, we would be happy to use that as well.
